Go Believe,or Goubuli(literally” dog ignores”), is an over 100-year-old brand store steamed stuffed buns in Tianjin, China.
It is said that Gao Guiyou, the original owner of the shop, was nicknamed “Gouzi”(literally”dog”). The steamed stuffed buns made by Gouzi were both delicious and nice-looking, and Gouzi sold them at a fairly low price.
Having too many customers in the shop, Gouzi had to ask them to put money on the table so he could serve them buns according to the amount of money they gave.
Gouzi was too busy to talk with his customers, so they made a joke about it, saying “Gouzi speaks to nobody, He is always busy selling his buns.” After that, Gouzi’s steamed stuffed buns have been clled “Goubuli”.
