针灸术是中国传统医术的重要组成部分。

Zhēn jiǔ shù shì zhōng guó chuán tǒng yī shù de zhòng yào zǔ chéng bù fèn 。

Acupuncture and moxibustion is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.

针法通过细针刺入人体穴位并采取相应操作来为患者治疗疾病。

Zhēn fǎ tōng guò xì zhēn cì rù rén tǐ xué wèi bìng cǎi qǔ xiàng yīng cāo zuò lái wéi huàn zhě zhì liáo jí bìng 。

Acupuncture cures patients by inserting very fine needles into specific points in the body and manipulating them.

灸法通过燃烧艾条熏炙热患者皮肤的局部或者穴位，依靠热量改善血液或“气”的循环来帮助治疗疾病。

Jiǔ fǎ tōng guò rán shāo ài tiáo xūn zhì rè huàn zhě pí fū de jú bù huò zhě xué wèi ，yī kào rè liàng gǎi shàn xuè yè huò “qì ”de xún huán lái bāng zhù zhì liáo jí bìng 。

Moxibustion involves burning moxa to warm up relevant regions or acupuncture points on the patient’s skin and relies on the heat to improve internal blood or qi circulation which in turn helps to cure the ailment.
