So, how can we describe the ambitions of those highly motivated (有上进心, yǒu shàng jìn xīn) persons with Chinese chengyu?

1. To harbor great ambitions, to think big

野心勃勃 (yě xīn bó bó)

野心 (yě xīn): wild ambitions

勃 (bó): thriving, vigorous

He ambitiously declares that it will become a true multinational corporation within 10 years.

他野心勃勃，高调宣称公司会在10年内成为真正的跨国公司。
