Metro’s cover version of Beyond’s “Under a vast sky”

Metro, the international vocal group, performs "Under a vast sky" in honor of Hong Kong singer Wong Ka Kui (黄家驹), who was one of Hong Kong's most famous bands in history. Wong Ka Kui died accidently during a show in Japan in 1993.

In the freezing night I stand, gazing the dance of snowflake

Of a far cry, vagabond with a gelid heart

Pursuing through thick and thin, fail telling the trace in the mist

Have we changed in the unrestrained ocean and far-ranging welkin (who remained unchanged)

Facing cold eyes and sheer times without number

Never did we give up our ideality

Instantly trance, I get the feeling of loss

Unconsciously fade away the love in my mind  (Who understand me)

Please accord me forgiveness for my lifetime unruliness and laissez-aller

Still did I dread slipping up one day

Who can not live up to abandon his faith

even only you and me are remained one day

Consistently holding selfhood, forever troll the cantus of myself

setting foot in remote distance
